According to multiple education news outlets, the Polytechnic’s lists include both the first and second batches of admitted candidates.

Deadline for Acceptance Fee Payment: 5 October

The Polytechnic has set Sunday, 5th October 2025 as the final deadline for admitted candidates to pay the acceptance fee and complete their admission acceptance procedures. Failure to make the payment by this date may result in forfeiture of the offered admission.

What Admitted Candidates Should Do Next

  1. Check Admission Status
Visit the KWARAPOLY portal at portal.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng and log in using your application details to see whether you’ve been offered admission.
  2. Accept or Reject via JAMB CAPS
If admitted, candidates should also log in to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) to accept or reject the offer.
  3. Pay Acceptance Fee Promptly
After accepting the admission on CAPS (if required), proceed to pay the acceptance fee before the deadline (5 October). Missing this deadline may lead to cancellation of your admission.
  4. Complete Pre-Admission Screening
Some admitted candidates may be required to undergo pre-admission screening, upload O-level results, or present additional credentials as specified by the Polytechnic. Check your dashboard on the portal for further instructions.
  5. Await Matriculation / Orientation Schedule
Further instructions regarding matriculation, course registration, and orientation will typically be communicated via the school’s official platforms.

The Polytechnic has historically cautioned applicants to beware of fraudulent agents claiming to secure admission for them in exchange for money. All genuine admission offers and processes should go through the official KWARAPOLY portal or recognized channels.
