Kwara State Government has been granted the exclusive hosting rights for the Best of Nollywood Awards (BON) 2024.
The 16th edition of the prestigious industry event will be held at the Sugar Factory Film Studio in Ilorin, which is a state-of-the-art facility recently inaugurated by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
Scheduled for November, the event is expected to attract over 500 artists, celebrities, and influencers to Kwara to attend the ceremony and tour the facilities for potential collaborations, providing a significant boost to the state’s economy.
This will be the first time that the BON awards will be held in the city, marking the ascendance of Kwara as a prominent destination in the filmmaking industry.
