The maiden edition of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq Special Ramadan lecture will hold on Saturday, March 8, 2025 in Ilorin .
A statement issued by the secretary of the Organising Committee, Imam Ibrahim Zubair Danmaigoro said that the lecture will take place at the AbdulRazaq’s Surulere Family House, Ilorin.
It added that the programme is a weekly lecture lasting the month of Ramadan from 4-6 pm each Saturday of the holy month.
It listed the guest lecturers in the maiden edition to include Dr.Husain Musa M-Bashir, a lecturer at the University of Ilorin and national missioner of Sheikh Alimi Foundation; and Alfa Muktar Lukman Isale- Koto .
The theme of the lecture is “ Preserving the footprints of our forebears in Ilorin Emirate as Muslim Ummah .”
Top government Functionaries , traditional rulers , community leaders , prominent politicians , women and youths; business tycoons and Muslim associations are expected at the Ramadan lecture .
