The Kwara State Government, under the leadership of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, has commenced the reconstruction of the popular Ita Amoh—Gaa Saka—Madi Road in Ilorin West Local Government Area.
The road, one of the busiest and most commercially active in the state, is currently in the first phase of rehabilitation, which is the removal of the failed surface layer to prepare for the laying of new base layers/asphalt.
“Upon completion, the Ita Amoh—Gaa Saka—Madi Road is expected to improve vehicular movement, enhance user comfort, and stimulate local economic activities.
“Over the past six years, Governor AbdulRazaq has made significant investments in infrastructure development, including the construction and reconstruction of numerous deplorable roads.



“The rehabilitation of the Ita Amoh—Gaa Saka—Madi Road aligns with the Governor’s broader rural-urban renewal initiative.
“Residents and road users have expressed excitement and appreciation, commending Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for fulfilling his commitment to social and infrastructural development,” a statement by Olayinka Fafoluyi
